Roasting 2.0
Today we’re shipping version 2 of the same coffee we sent last week. Lourdes de Naranjo. An interesting distinction we’ve noted here at HHQ is that it tastes better. The green coffee didn’t change, but the correlation from taste to roast changed our approach to it this week. And that’s what this whole thing is about. It is with great pleasure and excitement that we introduce the newest member of Team Handsome, Michael Hudson. Mike hails from the midwest. Michigan, to be specific. He’s 5’10”, 159lbs, runs a 4.3 40, with a 49” vertical, and his max 3 rep bench is a whopping 440lbs!

We shipped some coffee out yesterday. A pretty exciting moment for team Handsome. Nine roasts in and we’ve got some tasty coffee. And we’re expecting it to only get better.
Oh, and we went to Colombia for the WBC. If you were there, then you already know how great it was. What a country. Or city, at least. Bogota was great. Such friendly people. The most, umm, creative cab...
